Chemistry
Overview
H2 Chemistry can be a challenging subject, which taps on the knowledge learnt from subjects such as Mathematics and even Physics. The transition from ‘O’ Levels and IP Chemistry to H2 Chemistry in Junior College is no easy feat, with a large increase in content and difficulty in different concepts. Understanding H2 Chemistry concepts is key to scoring a good grade in the ‘A’ Levels, as compared to rote memorisation techniques. At our centre, our tutors are committed and meticulous in crafting notes and summaries, which have proven to be beneficial for students on their last lap.

Gerdine
Gerdine is a dedicated tutor who emphasises greatly on finding your love for Chemistry. She believes that when you love the subject, your understanding for it deepens immensely. She scored consistent ‘A’s for all her H2 Chemistry examinations and for the GCE A-Levels, even attaining a ‘Distinction’ for H3 Chemistry. Having developed a strong passion for the subject, she will be pursuing Chemistry at NTU as a CN Yang Scholar (with scholarship).
Arthur
Arthur is a devoted tutor who spent hours researching on the most effective way to study Chemistry. Attaining a confident ‘A’ during the GCE A-Levels, he also spent his schooling days tutoring his peers in Chemistry, allowing them to gain greater confidence in the subject. Arthur’s experience enables him to offer deep insights on how to make synoptic links between topics, which is key to scoring an ‘A’ during the A-Levels.
